Your Details
What happens to what you send us, in plain English.
What the booking form asks for
Your name and a phone number, which are the two we need. Then, only if you want to fill them in: an email address, the type of simcha, the date, and anything else you'd like to tell us.
The site also notes the internet address your message came from, so the form can't be used to send us the same thing fifty times.
What we do with it
It becomes one email to us, and that is all it becomes. We read it and we come back to you about your simcha. If you left an email address, our reply goes to it; if you didn't, we call the number you gave.
There is no database behind this site and no account for you to have. Your message sits in our email, the same as if you had written to us yourself.
What we don't do with it
We don't sell it. We don't hand it to anybody else. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we won't send you anything you didn't ask for.
Cookies and tracking
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers — nothing follows you around. The only outside company your browser talks to while you read these pages is Google, which serves the lettering the site is set in.
Two other companies handle a message on its way to us: the site itself is hosted on Cloudflare, and the email is delivered by a service called Resend. Both of them see the message in passing, the way a post office sees an envelope.
How long we keep it
As long as we're in touch about your simcha, and for our own records afterwards. If you'd rather we didn't keep it, say so and we'll delete it.
Asking us to delete it
Call, WhatsApp or email — whichever is easiest — and ask, and we'll take your details off our side. You don't have to give a reason.
